- Coverage begins for hourly associates whose status changed to full-time after their 91st day of employment.
91st day following your hire date
- Coverage begins for full-time hourly associates.
- Coverage begins for all new hourly and salaried associates enrolled in the Health Care Flexible Spending Account.
Within three to four weeks after you enroll for benefits
- You will receive your new medical ID card from your medical, dental, and vision carrier.
- If you elected to contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you will receive a health care spending card from Optum Financial.
- If you enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and elected to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA). You will be issued an HSA debit card to pay for your eligible health care expenses.
Every fall
- Open enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits choices.
- Your new benefits elections become effective the following Jan. 1.
